Dr. José Pablo Alcázar owns a Civil Engineering Bachelor of Science degree and a Construction Management Master of Engineering from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Mexico (UDLAP).
Pablo also owns a PhD in Strategic Planning and Technology Management from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP), and a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Change Leadership at SUNY-Buffalo State.
Pablo first has worked as the engineering department head at Andamios Atlas in the largest scaffolding and shoring company in Mexico.
In 1998 he co-founded a firm dedicated to structural design and construction supervision in Mexico City; where he has participated in over eighty concrete, steel and masonry projects, including apartment, offices and industrial buildings all over the country. Dr. Alcázar has been a lecturer in three different universities in Mexico for more than ten years.
As part of his self-actualization a learning spirit, Pablo also graduated from a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Innovation at the International Center for Studies in Creativity in the State University of New York-Buffalo State. He has participated in over 35 Creative Problem Solving and Strategic Planning training and facilitation sessions, helping individuals and organizations with very diverse backgrounds and challenges.
